Are you interested in management and doing business? Do you want to know more about the business strategies of multinational corporations that operate in various countries? If so, then Business Administration might be the right Bachelor's programme for you. You will look at the ins and outs of how a business operates and how businesses deal with internal and external changes. You will learn to analyse what can be improved in corporate management and what effects markets have on businesses. This programme is suited for people with a broad interest in conducting business and managing organisations.

Students are provided with all the necessary tools and knowledge to run a company successfully, and are trained in a broad range of aspects of Business Administration.
The specialisation Business Administration provides you with all the necessary tool and knowledge to run a company successfully. You will be trained in all aspects of Business Administration, such as strategy, marketing, organisational structures, human resource management, accounting and corporate finance. You will study change in organisations and combine the theoretical foundations with researching real-life case studies.
specialisatie Business Economics
Students study the effects of accounting and control on human behaviour, and will be able to guide managers in making the right decisions when it comes to investing and acquiring money.
After having completed the specialisation Business Economics, you will be able to guide managers in making the right decisions when it comes to investing and acquiring money. You will study the effects of accounting and control on human behaviour. In addition to studying topics in Business Administration, you will also study financial management.
After completing this specialisation, it will be possible to enroll in seven specialisations of the Master's programme in Business Administration as well as in the specialisation Accounting and Control of the Master's programme in Economics.
Although a specialisation with the same name is being offered in the Bachelor's programme in Economics, some of the courses of that specialisation do differ.

All aspects of Business Administration are dealt with, with a focus on international business and management: you learn how doing business differs globally, and how to cope with cultural differences.
The specialisation International Business Administration provides you with knowledge pertaining to all aspects of Business Administration, with a focus on international business and management. You will learn how doing business differs across the world and in which ways the management of organisations has to take cultural differences into account when managing offices abroad and coping with international subsidiaries.
You will be allowed to study this specialisation if you meet the referral criteria: students must have studied the first year of Business Administration and obtained a positive Binding Study Advice, and must have obtained a combined average grade of at least 7 out of 10 for the courses 'Introduction to Business Administration', 'Academic Skills' and 'Project: Learning Organisation'.

Students who wish to continue their studies in Dutch can do so by choosing the specialisation Bedrijfskunde. The content of will be similar to that of the Business Administration specialisation.
For students who wish to continue their studies in Dutch, it is possible to choose the specialisation Bedrijfskunde. The content of this specialisation will be similar to the content of the specialisation Business Administration, but the difference is that some of the courses of the specialisation Bedrijfskunde are offered in Dutch. All aspects of running a company will be included, but with a focus on the Dutch market.

Business Administration offers you a broad range of topics, with consideration not only for international management, but also for psychology, sociology, communication, economics, and law. For example, there is ample consideration given to the role of social and cultural aspects within organisations. After all, conducting good business is a job involving extensive human interaction. study abroad
In order to gain international experience, you will have the option to spend six months abroad in the third year of the study programme. If you choose to study the specialisation International Business Administration, a semester of studying abroad is even an obligatory part of the programme.
When studying abroad, you can take courses of your interest at partner universities (for example to prepare for a Master's specialisation) or you can participate in a research internship at a foreign organisation (for a maximum of 12 out of the 30 ECTS-credits awarded for this semester). Whichever you choose, this experience will provide you with the perfect opportunity to gain international experience and prepare you for a future international career.To help you find a suitable destination outside the Netherlands, the International Office has published a digital map containing our partner universities. Since some study destinations are more popular than others, this sometimes leads to receiving more applications for a destination than there are places available. Therefore, you will be asked to motivate your reasons regarding your preference for a destination, based on which a selection may be made.

A 2016-2017 survey by Studiekeuze123 among alumni with a Radboud Master's degree in Business Administration gave us the following insights:84% of the graduates reported to have gotten a job within three months.
62% of the graduates state that they have found a job at their level of education.
60% of the graduates were satisfied about the connection between the education and the field of work.
Graduates were also asked to name their current employer.
