In IBA, you'll explore the complex relationship between business and global challenges such as climate change, inequality, and technological disruption. As an IBA graduate, you'll be well-prepared for roles in multinationals, NGOs, start-ups or the public sector — and highly attractive to employers thanks to your international mindset, analytical thinking and teamwork experience. You'll be ready to take on complex questions like: How do you lead global teams responsibly? What does sustainable innovation look like? And how can AI and data serve society? IBA also gives access to specialised master programmes in finance or business analytics.
Beroepsperspectief / arbeidsmarkt
Most IBA graduates continue with a master to enhance their career prospects, though some go straight into work. Top firms may even hire students before graduation. RSM grads often work in consulting (47%), finance (29%), IT (9%), consumer goods (8%), or logistics (7%).
