Prepare for an international career in business, no matter what area you’re interested in – strategy, consulting, entrepreneurship, or technology. International Management/CEMS focuses on managing the complexity of different people, cultures, and business practices across the world. This programme for future global leaders will connect you to a network of 34 top business schools, multinationals, alumni, and ambitious, internationally oriented students around the world. It provides you with a deep theoretical and practical understanding of the economic, social, and environmental opportunities and challenges faced by companies operating in international and culturally diverse contexts, and it will teach you how to operate effectively in them.

By the time you graduate, you will have gained experience at using your new knowledge in practice in the workplace and have fluency in three languages. You will have a unique position on the job market. RSM IM/CEMS graduates work in very diverse industries, companies and roles. Thanks to the selection process and the high quality of the courses, they have little difficulty finding a job.

To help you on your chosen career path, RSM and the CEMS Club organise career coaching sessions, forums and events year-round. There are also company visits, seminars and in-house activities with CEMS partners during which you can experience how businesses really work, and network with professionals who might become your future employers.
